New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period (typically 7-14 days). During the trial:

  • You can cancel anytime without charge
  • No refund is necessary as no payment has been made
  • Access to premium features ends immediately upon cancellation
  • Your account reverts to the free Basic plan

  • After Processing: No refund once verification process begins
  • Failed Verification: Partial refund if verification fails due to our error

5.3 Marketing Services

  • Before Campaign Launch: Full refund within 48 hours
  • After Campaign Launch: No refund once marketing activities begin
  • Performance Issues: Partial refund if campaign significantly underperforms due to our error
