2. Free Services

The following services are available free of charge to all registered users:

• Creating a user account
• Browsing and searching property listings
• Viewing property details and images
• Contacting property owners/agents (within daily limits)
• Saving favorite properties
• Reading articles and guides
• Using the EMI calculator and other tools

3. Free Property Listings

Individual property owners can list properties for free with:

• Up to 3 active property listings at a time
• Up to 5 photos per listing
• Standard visibility in search results
• 30-day listing duration (renewable)

4. Premium Listing Options

Enhance your property visibility with premium features:

5. Agent Subscription Plans

Real estate agents can subscribe to professional plans:

6. Company/Builder Plans

Real estate companies and builders can access customized enterprise solutions. Contact our sales team for personalized pricing based on:

• Number of properties to list
• Project promotions and advertisements
• Lead generation requirements
• Branding and visibility needs

7. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay)
• Debit Cards
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Net Banking
• Bank Transfer (for annual subscriptions and enterprise plans)

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

8. Billing and Invoices

GST-compliant invoices are generated automatically for all paid transactions and sent to your registered email address. Invoices can also be downloaded from your account dashboard. For annual subscriptions, invoices are issued at the time of subscription or renewal.

9. Taxes

All prices displayed on KASDEALS are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 18%. Our GSTIN is displayed on all invoices for your records.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

11. Price Changes

KASDEALS reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will apply at the next renewal period. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice for any significant price increases via email.

12. Promotional Offers

KASDEALS may offer promotional discounts, coupons, or special pricing from time to time. Such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
